As a 94-year old, long retired businessmen,  I want to congratulate you on a job “well done”. Your men were prompt, efficient, courteous when this wheelchair-bound old man asked questions as they proceeded to remove my old underground oil tank, replacing it with a tank in my basement.

I was lucky in that my 39-year old tank had not sprung any leaks when the local inspector told me that “everything is okay” I breathed a sigh of relief. Had there been a leak I know that would have involved me in all kinds of trouble with the Envirorment Protection Agency and some horrible costs that would have crippled me, financially and emotionally. Thank God I called when I did.   I should have called you years ago because I know, now, that most tanks don’t last that long in the ground without leaking.

Your boys finished the job, seeded the replaced earth and left the area clean.  You’ve trained them well! I’m grateful for your “old-fashioned” professional service. Now I can sleep easier.

Dear Mr. Monahan:
I would like to commend your crew on a sensitive and tidy job.  The work was finished a while ago.  As was the inspection.  The furnace is running connected to the new tank.  Considering how much had to be done there is very little evidence of what was done beyond the new oil tank and an unobtrusive new oil line running over head.
 
I though you would appreciate hearing of an observation by the Town of Poughkeepsie inspector (Steve VanBuren), which he shared with me.  He noted that he has inspected many projects done by the crew your son leads and his experience is that they know what they are doing and do good work.
 
Finally, on a review my correspondence with your office manager I see how the confusion over the orientation of the tank could easily have arisen.  I apologize for my contribution to that.  I must commend your installation crew for identifying relatively early that the tank orientation did not make sense in he install location and also your firms commitment to your customer’s satisfaction with the work your firm does by swapping tanks after you were already on-site.
